VCF control pedal

Postby The Fisch » Tue Aug 18, 2009 10:51 am

Has anybody tried to plug into Jupiter any of volume/expression pedals (big jack on front with label "VCF CONT PEDAL" to control the bend with it?
I need help to decide which one I am supposed to buy. And I really need for my live performance, cause still missing third hand... :)

The few of them I tried either didn´t work or had only half range of the original bend. The sound changed only if the bend would move from starting point to the right (whole left range wasn´t able to reach with the pedal).

In the manual is FV-20 mntioned but nowadays this model isn´t avilable. I found alternatives like:

Roland EV-5 and EV-7 (extended range)
BOSS FV-50L, FV-200 and FV-500L
Korg EXP-2
Kurzweil CC1

Has anybody of you tried one of these or know some other alternatives?
Or can you compare any of these products???

Not sure if you are still looking for an answer, but I am using a Roland EV-5 and it works just fine!
