A couple of years ago I did a track for a space rock compilation that never eventuated. Even though Pink Floyd deny being a space rock band, I decided to do a cover of Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun, figuring that would be close enough for the compilation theme. Though I recorded it digitally, all the sound sources are analog. Almost all the instrumentation is my Super Jupiter (it's really good for percussion, actually), with the sole exception being a short vocoder section done with a Roland Vocoder Plus, but even that used the Super Jupiter fed into the vocoder as a carrier.
BTW, I go under the band name !!* (pronounced as Bang Bang Splat).
