Keyboard service help

Postby silwerfeldt » Wed May 21, 2014 7:05 am

I bought a Jupiter 4 which was badly handled by the shipping company.. I almost cried when I got it. Wooden side crushed and 1 keyboard tangent was broken off and the 3 boards with pots and trimmers was loose (the small plastic holders were off..).

I´ve managed to fasten the boards and it works (thank god!) and I will try to order a new key I think its an A key..
But about 6 or 7 keys do´t work and 3 o4 4 double triggers or react very badly.

I´ve got the service manual but I can´t see any info on how to clean the keyboard? Couled somebody help me here?
Maybe its just needs some cleaning or maybe I need to adjust something to get the keys that does not work since it was pretty badly handled in transit..

Cheers and thanks in advance!
