Issue with my J4

Postby gobert4 » Wed Mar 16, 2011 9:19 pm

Hi everyone,
first:sorry from my poor english.

I've got a problem with my jupiter4.
when I use the LFO with waves shaped with fast transition to high and low state
(square and ramp waves like) to modulate the filter, my jupiter4 does a noise like a "tick tick".
Those noises are not coming up when I do the same thing using the LFO to modulate the oscillator.
So I assume that the problem comes from the filter section that is unabled to
remove that "disturb" leaving it coming up (a capacitor???).

Somebody got similar experiences? from what it depends and how (if) is possible to control it?

thanks,

Luca

I started a thread about this same problem:

Not sure if this is helpful or not...

oh thanks....
maybe the problem is precisely that.... :D

I had seen that thread but I did not read everything, thinking it was another problem.

It's my poor english....

I try with the electrolytic....
