Postby Marin » Fri Jan 28, 2011 12:36 pm

I ahve oen module 052-314D in JP4 with bad BA662, can i replace this oen with BA6110 (or any other) and are they pin compatabile since I don't have BA662 datasheet.

thanks.

BA6110 is not pin compatible but theoretically can be a replacement for the BA662.
Check the x0xbox documentation about how to replace.
The x0x can be built with either 662 or 6110 and the board can hosts both.
Need additional transistors for the 6110 thus you should build a little board with the 6110 and transistors and wire it to be pin compatible with the 662.

Are you refering to this:

If so, some things are not clear to me, take a look of BA662 pinout:

than BA6110 pinout:

As I see we need to connect pin 1 of 6110 to pin 3 of 622. Next, control on 622 is pin1 and on 6110 pin4, all other are same, except bia which is no available in 622 as I see.

Or maybe schematic is correct if bias is used as one of inputs? Does anybody did ever do replace BA622 with 6110 like this?
